There is no better and safer way to visit the wineries of the Napa Valley than in a chauffeuered Limousine! There are hundreds of Wineries in the area, from small "Mom and Pop" wineries to lavish estates with full winery tours and multiple tasting rooms. You may plan your day yourself or we can plan your Wine Tour for you, based on geographical area, varietal preference, cost, or any other factors. In addition to the Larger well-known wineries (Robert Mondavi, Beringer, etc.) we can also visit some of the smaller "boutique" wineries which are sometimes overlooked but often have magnificent wines. There are wineries with breathtaking views, museums, art galleries, and other unique features. No matter what your interests might be, there is something here for you!
To get you started, we have listed some of the most commonly asked questions.
How much do the wineries charge?
Tasting fees vary widely from $5 to $35 for tasting only. Full winery tours cost more and can take from 1 to 3 hours.
There are very few wineries that don't charge for tasting.
Are reservations required?
Generally Yes, although there are exceptions. A party of two will usually be able to visit most wineries without reservations, especially if
you are visiting during the week. The reservation policy of most wineries is much more strict on the weekends, and a party of six will
almost always need reservations on a weekend. Reservations for a party of six would be a good idea even during the week.
How long does a wine tour last?
The minimum is 4 hours but most wine tours take from 5 to 8 hours. It varies depending on how many people in your party,
how many wineries you would like to visit, and what other stops you might have planned. Most wineries open at about 10am and close
between 5pm and 6pm.
How many wineries can we visit?
Again, it varies widely according to how much time we have, and how many people in your party. Generally a party of two will
be able to visit 5 to 8 wineries in a 6 hour period while a party of six will visit 4 to 6 wineries in the same period, but it really depends
on you. We do encourage our guests to take as much time as you want at each winery and don't feel "rushed".
Do the wineries serve food?
Most do not but there are exceptions. A few have deli-style meat counters with a selection of meats and cheeses. Even fewer have
actual restaurant style food. We encourage our guests to plan ahead and either plan a "lunch break" and bring their own food
(yes, we do allow you to eat in the car), or plan to have lunch at one of the restaurants in the area. A few of the wineries have
picnic areas
